South london theatre
Ash restored the exterior historic fabric of this Grade II listed Old Fire Station to its original specifications. This included the cleaning and repair of all brickwork, Portland stone, decorative tiling, roof tiling, windows, cast-iron guttering, downpipes and iron railings. Also making the building weather-proof. The internal refurbishment included adding lifts for accessibility, increasing the height of the theatre area and adding a caretaker’s living quarters.
