great fosters hotel

The Ash team was appointed to deliver a series of projects for the Great Fosters Hotel estate. The first phase was to refurbish the historic Dower House. Works included internal structural repairs, replacement windows and complete internal redecoration throughout. Phase two is adjacent to Dower House, where the team constructed a new-build two-storey West Wing. The ground floor is home to utilities, staff restrooms and kitchens. The first floor provides new guest bedrooms fitted with ceramic tiling, bathrooms and metal stud partitioning walls. An exciting refurbishment and new-build project in one.
