Claremont Fan Court School
The Ash team was appointed to deliver a complete reconfiguration and refurbishment to the Grade II listed Stable Court building at Claremont Fan Court School. This impressive project converted old teaching space and student accommodation into new modern teaching facilities whilst respecting the building’s historical integrity. The reconfiguration of the internal space created a welcoming learning environment for the students, completed with new science labs, changing rooms and dormitories. Along with the refurbishment works, the team also carried out specialist repair works to the historic clock and bell tower, which included restoring the external brick and stonework. The landscaping to the surrounding grounds was completed to give it the perfect finish.
