Benenden School

Ash was appointed by a new client Benenden School to deliver a complete refurbishment of their Medway and Marshall’s boarding houses. Working within a live environment around residential staff still using the boarding facilities, the team delivered a vast amount of work in a short period with additional works being added to the programme late in the day. Works included the renovation of existing dormitories, bathrooms, study areas, social spaces, kitchens and corridors, creating a bright and modern space for the students to enjoy, relax and rest.
