Ash was appointed to deliver this mixed-use timber-framed building with residential on the first floor and commercial units on the ground.

The ground floor made up of two commercial units to be let out and two garages for the residents above. The first floor made up of four duplex 3-bed apartments. The apartments were delivered with an open living space with luxury kitchens and bathroom specification.
