The Ash team delivered this complete refurbishment of the property including a basement extension to create a flat in the heart of London.

The works consisted of the demolition and removal of existing structures. New foundations, excavations and groundworks were completed to form the basement level.  The team re-enforced concrete walling and constructed a flat and sedum roofing systems.
