The project comprised of repair works and a full refurbishment to the existing steel framed unit.

The Ash team demolished the existing damaged party wall and put a temporary screen in its place while a new wall was built; this was a crucial part of the project, as the a-joining building was occupied and delivering HSE equipment. The refurbishment included converting an existing computer room and storeroom into a new science laboratory and preparation room.
