Ash was contracted to deliver a new 17,500 sq.ft industrial unit for British Wax in Redhill. The original dated warehouse was demolished to make way for new warehousing and office space. The warehouse will consist of HGV access points, warehousing space and a mezzanine structure. Adjacent to the warehousing area the commercial space will be spread over two storeys. The commercial space will include a reception area on the ground floor with washroom facilities and a lift for accessibility to offices, meetings rooms, kitchens and toilets on the first floor. The external works will consist of perimeter fencing and a newly tarmacked car park.
