This project involved a complete CAT A refurbishment of the 3,500m2 commercial building. Removal of the existing M&E services and installation of new. This allowed for performance improvement to the overall building, making it more economic for the landlord and new tenants. 

Working with a new client and professional team, and the added benefit of the project being local to our Kent office, it was smooth running from start to finish.
