Chandos House
The Ash team is thrilled to announce the successful completion of a high end refurbishment project for Chandos House, a Grade I listed building originally designed by Robert Adam. Situated in the heart of London’s private clinic district, this former hotel has been converted into new private healthcare headquarters and treatment rooms for Cosmetic Doctors Work.
Throughout this challenging project spanning five floors – three of which were subject to complete reconfiguration and refurbishment while two remained occupied – our team worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was attended to with utmost care and quality workmanship. We delivered an impressive range of features including reception area, seven offices (including post room), main kitchen plus 6 additional kitchenettes/WCs for staff members as well as 10 treatment rooms, 5 rest areas & WCs (three shower rooms included).
We are proud that we could deliver such an exceptional outcome despite all odds; not only did we stay true to our client's vision but also managed it within budget whilst preserving the historical value & beauty associated with Chandos House. This achievement demonstrates The Ash Team's commitment towards delivering excellence in any task undertaken!
